Every day I even had an extra 25 USD voucher with me, which I could use in the restaurant and or Starbucks inside in the hotel. A dream facility, with a super pool. One of the best spa hotels I've ever been.

Everything was simply very good. The hotel was big size, and the meals were fantastic, I liked the magnificent location close to the 20+ restaurants close by, fabulous golf courses, and the Botanical Gardens. The breakfast was good hot and offered fresh fruit and coffee. The staff were absolutely courteous yet not intrusive.

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, the front desk provided excellent service during check-in, and the outdoor swimming pool was a great spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring, all situated just 40 km from the airport.

The water park is fantastic for kids, though shaded areas are needed to escape the heat. The staff is attentive. I loved how cute they were to families with special needs children.

We enjoyed two one-night stays at this hotel as a stop between San Diego and Sedona. The hotel has a lot of family-friendly activities, especially for the kids. Tia Carmens, the on-site restaurant, impressed us with both its food and ambiance during both visits. The staff were friendly, always willing to help. Room service on the first stay didn't meet our expectations. The breakfast was cold and not cooked to our preference. The delivery guy was rude, disappointing. On the second day, our room wasn't as fresh as we'd hoped. It smelled bad and the AC wasn't turned on before our arrival. There were lovely moments but some service aspects missed the mark.
